Telescopic belt conveyor structure
The head transmission equipment is composed of transmission roller, reducer, hydraulic coupling, frame, unloading roller and cleaner.
Head transmission equipment: it is the whole drive of the conveyor. The two motors transmit the torque to the two transmission rollers through the hydraulic coupling and the reducer respectively.
The unloading end and the head cleaner are equipped with belt backstops for easy unloading. The front part of the machine head is equipped with an extended unloading arm, which is composed of an unloading roller and an extended frame. The roller is installed on the extended frame. The axis orientation can be adjusted by bolts on both sides of the bearing to adjust the deviation of the telescopic belt conveyor belt at the machine head.
